SSAIB certified companies are in compliance with the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) policy covering intruder alarm installation.


SSAIB firms must ensure all staff remain suitably trained to complete jobs to a high standard. All staff members must regularly receive training in electrical installation, maintenance and health risks to ensure the standards of the company are not compromised, nor to invite any unwanted health risks.


SSAIB certified companies receive inspections at regular intervals as specified in the relevant standards. Inspectors will also ensure that all routine intruder alarm maintenance checks are being carried out in compliance with the standards, for your peace of mind.
